I just wanted to extend our sincere thanks for the exceptional service provided during our recent visit to Mark Gibson Corinda Optometrist. Helen's professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the experience truly outstanding. It's not often you come across a team who make you feel genuinely cared for, but everyones friendly and knowledgeable approach really stood out. We felt well looked after from start to finish, and we truly appreciate the time and care you took to ensure everything went smoothly with our tests and my purchasing of glasses. I recently had an eye examination with Helen.  My experience was the best I have had at an optometrist.  Helen carefully listened to me, asked thoughtful questions, examined my eyes thoroughly and then gave me a clear explanation of her opinion, and factors affecting it.  It was a masterclass in patient care.  Then, when I was shown options for a new pair of glasses by Samantha, I wasn't led first to the most expensive frames, but shown what I could get without any gap payment from my health-fund.
